Mineral:Natrolite with Apophyllite overgrowth
Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Elongated lustrous translucent colorless natrolite crystals to 20 mm overgrown with platy lustrous transparent colorless apophyllite crystals to 10 mm. The flattened crystal form of the apophyllite crystals is uncommon at this locality. Collected by J. Zigras (namesake of Zigrasite) ca. 2005. This quarry is now closed forever and reclaimed
